4R Consultancy – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 4R Consultancy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by 4R Consultancy, including but not limited to medical facilitation, international patient support, educational consultancy, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

• “Client” refers to any individual or entity using services provided by 4R Consultancy.

• “Services” refers to the consultancy and facilitation offerings provided by 4R Consultancy in both medical and educational domains.

2. Introduction

4R Consultancy is a professional healthcare and education facilitation service based in Myanmar. We assist clients in identifying suitable hospitals, universities, and specialists primarily in India and Southeast Asia, and help coordinate all aspects of their journey, including:

• Guidance on hospital or university selection

• Arranging doctor consultations or academic admissions

• Translation and communication assistance

• Support with medical report review or academic documentation

• Visa support and travel planning

• Coordination of accommodation and airport pick-up

• Ongoing support during treatment or study

3. Scope of Services

Medical Consultancy:

We assist patients by reviewing medical reports, obtaining second opinions from leading hospitals, and guiding them through treatment options.
Important: 4R Consultancy is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All medical decisions are made by licensed medical professionals at the hospital or clinic chosen by the patient.

Educational Consultancy:

We help students identify universities that match their academic profile, career aspirations, and budget. We coordinate admissions, required documentation, and pre-arrival logistics.
Clients under the age of 18 must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian to engage our education services.

4. Independent Role

4R Consultancy is an independent facilitator. We do not represent or work exclusively on behalf of any single hospital or university. We maintain collaborative relationships with a wide network of reputed institutions. Our goal is to help clients make informed decisions—not to promote a particular institution.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We strive to work only with accredited institutions and experienced professionals. However, we do not and cannot guarantee:

• Admission to a university

• Approval of a medical treatment plan

• Visa issuance

• Medical success or recovery outcomes

Results depend on the client’s qualifications, documentation, personal health, and institutional policies.

6. Payments and Refunds

Consultancy Fees:

• An initial consultancy fee is charged for both medical and educational services.

• If the client proceeds with treatment or admission through us, this fee is waived entirely.

• If the client chooses not to proceed, the consultancy fee is non-refundable.

Additional Charges:

• Extra services such as visa processing, translation, documentation courier, airport pickup, etc., may incur additional fees. These will be clearly communicated in advance and must be agreed upon before execution.

Refunds:

• Payments made to hospitals or universities via 4R Consultancy are subject to the refund policies of the respective institutions.

• If payment is made to us in Myanmar Kyats and then converted by us into USD for hospital/university use, refunds may not be possible—especially when third-party exchanges or conversions are involved.

• In such cases, 4R Consultancy is not liable for refund losses due to currency fluctuations, intermediary fees, or rejection of refunds by the institution.

• If a refund is approved by the institution, we will facilitate it within 30 working days, minus any processing or transaction charges.

Urgent Processing:

• For time-sensitive requests involving emergency bookings, fast-track admissions, or expedited services, prepayments may be non-refundable due to the immediate nature of third-party commitments.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical or academic records

• Inform us of any prior treatments, academic history, or legal/visa complications

• Follow immigration, university, and hospital protocols in the destination country

• Respond in a timely manner to documentation or process-related requests

Client Verification:

4R Consultancy shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information provided by the client, including but not limited to medical history, academic documents, or identity proofs.

8. Data Privacy and Consent

4R Consultancy is committed to protecting your data.
We will not sell or misuse your personal, medical, or academic information.
By using our services, you explicitly consent to allow us to share necessary information with:

• Partner hospitals and universities

• Travel agents and visa facilitators

• Third-party logistics providers (e.g., accommodation, transport)

This sharing is strictly for the purpose of service delivery and is done on a need-to-know basis.

9. Medical Disclaimer

All medical services are handled by licensed hospitals and doctors. 4R Consultancy does not provide medical advice, and we are not liable for treatment results, side effects, or complications. Clients are encouraged to ask direct questions to their treating physicians and make informed choices.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

4R Consultancy may coordinate services such as visa processing, airport pickup, translation, accommodation, or travel through third-party providers. These providers are independent entities, and 4R Consultancy is not responsible for their performance, reliability, or conduct. Clients are advised to review and understand the terms of any third-party service provider engaged through our platform.

11. Translation Services

While we may assist in verbal or written translation, 4R Consultancy does not guarantee the accuracy of translations provided. Clients are encouraged to verify all key instructions directly with doctors, universities, or embassies in case of any doubt. We are not liable for misunderstandings caused by translation issues.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemics

• Political unrest or war

• Airline cancellations

• Hospital/university shutdowns

• Acts of government

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4R Consultancy, its staff, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Misuse of the service

• False information or documents

• Breach of these Terms

• Legal violations

14. Intellectual Property

All original materials by 4R Consultancy—brochures, presentations, websites, and logos—are protected by copyright and trademark law.
No material may be copied, shared, or reused without our prior written permission.

15. Fee Structure Changes

4R Consultancy reserves the right to revise service fees, consultation charges, or associated costs at any time. Any change will not affect clients who have already engaged us under previous fee terms.
